Biologically, men reach peak athleticism in 20s and 30s. 17 is too young imo and i think Royer would definitely win this match in 2 sets mainly because he can probably dominate Miguel physically. Would Miguel have enough to score atleast 6-5 6-5 vs Royer? I don't think so. so Under 21.5 seems like a value bet here.
